COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

  • BISD Schools Closed for the Remainder of the 2019-2020 School Year

On April 17, 2020, Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order to close Texas schools for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

Students will continue learning through the BISD Digital Learning platform. Teachers will provide specific content via Google Classroom, and the BISD Digital Learning website provides parents with instructions on how to log in and support their students. Parents and students may also email teachers with any questions.

BISD will continue to share information and update the resources on district and campus websites.
