Transportation FAQs

Why does the bus come so early?

We just moved to Burleson. I registered my children for school yesterday. Can you tell me what bus and the stop they will get on?

My child goes to Stribling Elem and rides bus 27. We have recently moved to 123 Oak Grove in the Brock Elementary area. What bus will my child ride now and where is the stop?
A: If you move out of an attendance zone and choose to remain at the current campus, no transportation is available. However, if you move and are still eligible for transportation services at the new campus, we receive an update on your address from the district in the Skyward system. At this point, a new driver will call you with new information on Bus numbers, stops, and times.

Why does my child have to walk down to a bus stop when you pass right by my house?
A: We need to place our stops in centrally located areas in the neighborhoods to accommodate all the students and keep the routes running efficiently.
