Apply by March 1: Burleson Opportunity Fund Scholarship

Students may apply for the 2025 Burleson Opportunity Fund scholarship now through 11:59 p.m. on March 1, 2025.

The Burleson Opportunity Fund is a scholarship program open to all high school graduates who live or attend school in Burleson, Texas. The ultimate goal of the Burleson Opportunity Fund is to provide every high school graduate from Burleson with the opportunity to attain post-secondary education through Hill College.

All applicants will be required to upload their confirmation emails for the 2025-2026 FAFSA and Fall 2025 Hill College applications. The application is open from December 1, 2024, to March 1, 2025.

About Burleson Opportunity Fund
The Burleson Opportunity Fund was created with a mission to change the expectations of students, teachers, and parents to include the idea that all Burleson high school graduates will have the opportunity to attain higher education and to cultivate the economic development benefits of expanding the attainment of post-secondary degrees and career certifications.

Currently, students of the Burleson Opportunity Fund have been eligible for up to two years, 100% tuition and fees scholarship to attend Hill College at Burleson. Funding is provided by many contributing partners, organizations, and individuals who are from Burleson or connect in some way.
For assistance in completing the applications, students should speak with campus College Readiness Coordinators, Counselors, or the GO Center Staff.
