Burleson ISD announces the finalists for the BISD Film Festival!
This year, student filmmakers incorporated a special prop, shots, and dialogue into their suspense-themed short films. Winning films will be announced and shown on the big screen at the BISD Film Festival award ceremony on April 21 at 6:00 p.m. at the Venue, located at 510 SW Wilshire Blvd.

We’re super-excited to announce that the deadline for submissions has been extended for the Burleson ISD Film Festival: a filmmaking contest created just for Burleson K-12 students. Everyone has a story to tell. Filmmaking can provide an outlet and a fun way to share your ideas and creativity. If you have access to an iPhone, Android, iPad, Windows tablet or high-quality equipment, you have the tools to plan, shoot, and edit your short film!
