NOT ALLOWED

    Pants

• Jeans
• Shorts
• Pants - with seams and pockets
• Skorts

• Holes above fingertip length without patches
• Inappropriate logos or labels
• Yoga pants, leggings, or spandex of any kind 
• Any pants shorter than fingertip length
• No pajama pants or onesies 

    Shirts 

• Shirts, blouses, and dresses that are at least 4 fingers wide at the shoulder
• BISD/HMS Spirit Shirts
• College Shirts
• Military Shirts
• Other school appropriate shirts

• Inappropriate logos or labels (i.e. drug, tobacco, alcohol, obscene, offensive, or lewd language or images)
• Tank tops, tube tops, halters, spaghetti straps, or strapless dresses without coverings
• Torso can not be visible at any time.
• Low cut tops are not allowed.

Socks

• Inappropriate logos or labels (i.e. drug, tobacco, alcohol, obscene, offensive, or lewd language or images)

Shoes

Shoes must be worn at all times.

• House shoes
• Shoes with rollers
• Cleated shoes

Headwear

• Hoods (on hoodies)  
• Caps, Hats, Doo-rags
• All other head coverings

Jackets 

• Inappropriate logos or labels (i.e. drug, tobacco, alcohol, obscene, offensive, or lewd language or images).  

Jewelry

• Piercings - ears only (boys and girls) 

• Distracting jewelry

Hairstyles 

• Disruptive to the learning environment

Other

• Blankets
• Face coverings that are inappropriate logos or labels (i.e. drug, tobacco, alcohol, obscene, offensive, or lewd language or images), or are distracting to the learning environment.
