Esports Players: Register now for the BISD Spring Esports Tournament

Back by popular demand: Fortnite is now added to the competition! Esports players, compete for prizes and bragging rights at the BISD Esports Tournament on March 26, 2022, from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. at the Venue, located at 510 SW Wilshire Blvd.   

Players in grades 3-12 will come together for intense, live arena video game play at BISD’s state-of-the-art event space, the Venue. Gamers will compete individually and as teams in an authentic esports tournament setup, complete with live game feeds, game casting, lights, hazers, geysers, a music deejay and more!

Participants can compete in one of the following games:  

• NEW: Fortnite (Rated T): Solos, players age 13+
• Super Smash Bros. (Rated E): 1v1, players grade level 3+
• Rocket League (Rated E): 3v3’s, players grade level 3+

Registration

It’s game time! Competition brackets will fill up quickly and space is limited! Gamers who register by March 15 will get a cool BISD Esports Tournament T-shirt. Reserve a spot in the BISD Esports Tournament and pay the $15 entry fee here:

Equipment

Gamers may use BISD’s equipment or bring their own headset, controller, keyboard, and mouse.

Tickets

Tickets are $5 each at the door for spectators. Guests under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult. BISD staff with a current staff ID are free of charge.
