BISD Esports Fall Tournament

The BISD Esports Fall Tournament is Saturday, October 29.

 

Schedule

Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Player check-in and T-shirt pickup is by last name:

  • Super Smash Bros. - Players check in from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. 

  • Fortnite - Players check in from 9:30 - 10 a.m. 

All players will receive a wristband, allowing players access to compete on the mainstage. The tournament will begin at 10 a.m.

 

Ticketing 

Spectator tickets are $5 each and must be purchased online at HomeTown Ticketing. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door and cash will not be accepted. Guests under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult. BISD staff with a current staff ID are free of charge. 

 

Concessions & Food Deliveries

Concessions are cash only: Chick-fil-A sandwiches, nachos, hot dogs, chips, drinks and candy.

Food deliveries: A table near the front entrance is designated for food deliveries. *Players will be responsible for any food deliveries. 

 

Getting to the Venue: 510 SW Wilshire Blvd., Burleson, TX, 76028

Guests may choose from the following parking options:

  • Parking Lot Accessible from Market St.: Located across the street from the Venue entrance.

  • Parking Accessible from Exchange St.: Located near the Venue. Guests access this parking lot from Exchange Street and follow the paved walkway over the bridge to the Venue.

Equipment: Gamers may use BISD’s equipment or bring their own headset, controller, keyboard, and mouse.

Calling all Super Smash Bros. & Fortnite players! Esports players are invited to compete for trophies and prizes at the BISD Esports Fall Tournament on October 29, 2022, from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. at the Venue, located at 510 SW Wilshire Blvd.   

Players in grades 3-12 will come together for intense, live arena video game play at BISD’s state-of-the-art event space, the Venue. All gamers will play at least 2 rounds on the mainstage, competing in an authentic esports tournament setup with live game feeds, game casting, lights, hazers, geysers, a music deejay, and more!

Participants can compete in one of the following games:

  • Super Smash Bros: 1v1

  • Fortnite: Solos

 

Registration

Competition brackets will fill up quickly and space is limited! Gamers who register by October 17 will get a BISD Esports Tournament T-shirt. Reserve a spot in the BISD Esports Tournament and pay the $15 entry fee here:
