Annual Public Notification of Nondiscrimination

The Burleson Independent School District offers career and technical education programs in Agricultural, Food, and Natural Resources, Arts, A/V Technology and Communication, Business, Management and Administration, Education and Training, Finance, Government and Public Administration, Health & Medical Services, Human Services, Information Technology, Family & Consumer Sciences, Auto Technology, Computer Science, Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security, Diversified Career Preparation, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Services, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.  Admission to these programs is based on student interest and enrollment.

It is the policy of Burleson Independent School District not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its vocational programs, services or activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

El Distrito Escolar Independiente de Burleson ofrece programas de carrera y la educación técnica en la Agricultura, Alimentos y Recursos Naturales, la Arquitectura y Construcción Finanzas,  la Educación y Capacitación, las Ciencias de la Salud, la Hospitalidad y Turismo, los Servicios Humanos, la Tecnología de la Información, la Ley  y Servicio Público ,  la Ciencia, Tecnología, Ingeniería y Matemáticas, el Transporte, Distribución y Logística, la Ingeniería Agrícola Aplicada. La admisión a estos programas se basa en el interés y la matriculación de estudiantes.

Khu Học chánh Độc lập Burleson cung cấp các chương trình giáo dục nghề nghiệp và kỹ thuật trong các lĩnh vực Nông nghiệp, Thực phẩm và Tài nguyên Thiên nhiên, Nghệ thuật, Công nghệ Nghe nhìn và Truyền thông, Kinh doanh, Quản lý và Hành chính, Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Tài chính, Chính phủ và Hành chính Công, Dịch vụ Y tế & Y tế, Dịch vụ Nhân sinh, Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Gia đình & Người tiêu dùng, Công nghệ Ô tô, Khoa học Máy tính, Luật, An toàn Công cộng, Cải huấn và An ninh, Chuẩn bị Nghề nghiệp Đa dạng, Sản xuất, Tiếp thị, Bán hàng và Dịch vụ, Khoa học, Công nghệ, Kỹ thuật và Toán học. Việc tuyển sinh vào các chương trình này dựa trên sở thích và số lượng học sinh đăng ký.

Chính sách của Khu học chánh độc lập Burleson là không phân biệt đối xử dựa trên chủng tộc, màu da, quốc tịch, giới tính hoặc khuyết tật trong các chương trình, dịch vụ hoặc hoạt động dạy nghề và cung cấp quyền tiếp cận bình đẳng cho Hướng đạo sinh và các nhóm thanh thiếu niên được chỉ định khác theo yêu cầu của Mục VI của Đạo luật Dân quyền năm 1964, đã được sửa đổi; Mục IX của Tu chính án Giáo dục năm 1972; và Mục 504 của Đạo luật Phục hồi chức năng năm 1973, đã được sửa đổi.

Chính sách của Khu học chánh độc lập Burleson là không phân biệt đối xử dựa trên chủng tộc, màu da, quốc tịch, giới tính, khuyết tật hoặc tuổi tác trong các hoạt động tuyển dụng theo yêu cầu của Mục VI của Đạo luật Dân quyền năm 1964, đã được sửa đổi; Mục IX của Tu chính án Giáo dục năm 1972; Đạo luật Phân biệt đối xử theo Tuổi tác năm 1975, đã được sửa đổi; và Mục 504 của Đạo luật Phục hồi chức năng năm 1973, đã được sửa đổi.

Học khu Độc lập Burleson sẽ thực hiện các bước để đảm bảo rằng việc thiếu kỹ năng tiếng Anh sẽ không phải là rào cản đối với việc tuyển sinh và tham gia vào tất cả các chương trình giáo dục và dạy nghề.
