The Taj Mahal is considered to be the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Islamic and Indian architectural styles. On this virtual journey, students can explore the Taj Mahal with 360 degree panoramas, movies, photos, narration, maps, music and text. The site takes them to areas that are off-limits to the general public, such as the roof, minarets and crypt. The site also includes in-line text for the hearing impaired and complete text with pictures.
