TUT Award

The BISD TUT Award, an Instructional Technology award, is given to teachers who are effectively using technology in the classroom in ways that positively impact the learning of students. Do you know a teacher who integrates technology into their curriculum in innovative and effective ways? Do they have a teacher website, blog, or wiki that facilitates learning and communication? Nominate them for our monthly award!

How does it work?
- Teachers are nominated to receive the award using the link above (you must have a district username and password to gain access)
- All Nominees will receive a certificate.
- Nominees will participate in monthly drawings for prizes.
Who can nominate?
- Teachers
- Technology staff
- Campus administrators
- Central office staff
What are the criteria?
- Classroom teachers only
- Technology Applications teachers - must be above and beyond the normal Technology is used during a lesson being taught
- You cannot nominate yourself
(Use of technology must be above and beyond the normal electrical devices that have been around for years, (i.e. overheads))
