Family Access is a wonderful tool! Please view the link below to see instructions on how to access your student's report card online.
CHS is blessed with more and more student drivers. Since this is the case, we wanted to remind all stakeholders of the process to be followed in order for these students to be dismissed from school early.
Because class time is important, doctor’s appointments should be scheduled, if possible, at times when the student will not miss instructional time.
A student who drives to school and will need to leave school during the day must bring a signed note from his or her parent/guardian or that parent/guardian may fax (817.447.2152) or email a note that morning to the appropriate grade level office.

The student must then follow the campus sign-out procedures before leaving the campus. Otherwise, a student will not be released from school at times other than the end of the school day.
If a student who drives to school does not provide written notice for dismissal, the parent/guardian must appear in person to sign and request the release of their student. A phone call requesting release of a student who drives to school is not acceptable for obvious safety reasons.
If a student becomes ill during the school day, the student should receive permission from the teacher before reporting to the school nurse. The nurse will decide whether or not the student should be sent home and will notify the student’s parent.
Parents/guardians who will be personally picking up their student early from school may call ahead or send a note or fax to the grade level office of their student. That parent/guardian must appear in the main office to sign their student out of school.
These procedures will ensure that each student who leaves the CHS campus early will have written permission from their parent/guardian. The safety and security of all students is of utmost importance to the Spartan staff.
CHS Traffic Map
Note that buses only will be entering from Fox Lane. There will be an automated gate at that entrance which will remain closed until a school bus approaches.
Visitors and staff will need to enter from Hurst Road and park in the main lot in the front of school.
Parents may drop their students off at either of two locations. One student drop off is located off the Hurst Road entrance. Parents will enter, drop off in the front of the school, then continue around the one-way drive to the exit on Hurst Road. The other student drop off is accessible by entering on Cardinal Ridge and turning left at the dead end. There is a large covered stairway for student access into "D" Wing. Parents will then continue on the loop and exit Cardinal Ridge.
Student parking is in the lots between the school and the football field. It is accessible by entering CHS from Cardinal Ridge.
