Criminal Background Checks

Criminal background checks for the year will be due by Friday, Sept. 28th. If you plan to volunteer in the classroom, go on a field trip, be a WATCHDOG, H3, room mother, etc. you will need a Background Check on file. Please be sure to tell grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends planning to volunteer or go on a field trip that they will need to fill out a Criminal Background check by September 28th.

WATCH D.O.G.S. ( Dads Of Great Students) is an innovative father involvement, educational initiative of the National Center for Fathering. There are 2 primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program.
- To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
- To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
WatchDOGS are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer for at least one day each year at our school.
