Ten Bells

When Dr. Mark Jackson came to the Burleson ISD as Superintendent in 2002, he brought with him the coveted Bell award.  Ten graduating seniors choose one teacher each who has meant the most to them, or who has changed their life in some way throughout their school years.  The senior honors this teacher by writing about their experience and how the teacher made a difference in their life.  The student then presents the teacher with a Golden School Bell.  This Golden School Bell reminds teachers that they truly do make a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Only 10 teachers are recognized by this special award and are honored with a special presentation during the annual Employee Banquet.
The Teachers honored this year are as follows:
