Technology Summer Camps

Learning Technologies is offering three exciting technology summer camps available to students currently enrolled in 3rd-9th grades.

June 11-15, 2012
Lights, Camera, Learning is a week-long camp covering video creation, editing, and production. Students will take the lead as they plan, script, direct, and star in their own films. Students will also learn stop motion animation and get to work with green screens. This camp is available to students currently enrolled in 3rd-5th grade.   Location: BHS   Cost: $60
 
June 11-15, 2012 
Terraformers Robot Camp for Beginners is a week-long camp where students will explore our universe and learn to make a planet inhabitable using NXT robots. Students will learn to build a nd program robots to complete several space missions.This camp is available to students currently enrolled in 6th-9th grade.   Location: BHS    Cost $80

June 18-22,2012
Renewable Energy Camp for Advanced Users is a week-long camp geared towards students who have previously attended a robotics camp. Students will explore renewable energy and use problem solving skills to help preserve the Earth's resources while completing missions using NXT robots. This camp is available to students currently enrolled in 6th-9th grade. Location: BHS    Cost $80
