The purpose of the finance department is to function as a trustworthy steward of the taxpayer's investment in education. Burleson ISD is committed to financial transparency. The finance department is responsible for the District's fiscal operations including accounting and financial reporting, accounts payable, invetments, payroll and benefits, budgeting, internal controls, financial planning and debt management.
