Financial Aspects of Marching Band
So that you won’t be too shocked in August when we begin to ask
students to purchase certain items and pay fees, we have listed these things
below. The marching band uniform is provided by the school district; however,
students will be required to purchase additional items and accessories. For next
year to make it easier for everyone, we have combined all mandatory fees into
one. The number may shock you at first, but please do not let finances keep you
from participating. Many fundraising opportunities will be available to
assist you with your financial obligations. Fees for new members are more due to
the fact you will be purchasing some items that should last you all 4 years. You
purchase them once then unless they wear out, you are good for the rest of your
career in band. Your “Fish Camp,” Drum Line Camp, or Summer Rehearsals Tuition
is NOT included in your band fees.
Everyone is asked to pay their summer tuition at their registration. You may
pay all of your fees up front, or you may make a deposit and pay the balance of
your fees in installments. If you wish to pay all fees up front, you are
more than welcome to do so.
Some of the items included in your fees:
-
Spartan Regiment Water
Jug [will receive in June if you pay fee deposit- while supplies last!]
-
