Stadium Seating
The Stadium seats approximately a total of 7,500.
The home side grandstands seat approximately 4,500.
   (including 765 reserve chairback seats and 584 aluminum seat backs)
The visitor side grandstands seat approximately 3,000.
Wheelchair accessibility and viewing are on both sides.
Playing Surface
This field is a PRESTIGE artificial playing surface.
Excellent drainage provides a great surface in all conditions.
Scoreboard and Sound System
The field features a 10' x 36' scoreboard.
The scoreboard has a high resolution 9' x 19' message/graphics screen.
The stadium has a state-of-the-art sound system.
Fieldhouse
The fieldhouse is 4,600 square feet.
Home and visitor dressing rooms are 2400 square feet.
Each dressing room has 90 lockers.
Coaches' meeting and training room is provided in the home side
   dressing room and a training room at the visitor's side dressing room.
Pressbox
The Press Box is 7,800 square feet with 2 levels and an elevator.
Press/scout area is on the 1st level and seats 26 people.
The visitor's coaches' booth is located on the 1st level and seats 18.
The visitor's radio booth is on the first level and seats 5.
The home coaches' booth is on the 2nd level and seats 19.
The home radio booth is on the 1st level and seats 5.
Snack bar with refreshments is provided on both levels.
A video balcony is located on the 2nd level.
Conference rooms are located on both levels.
Announcer and scoreboard booth are located on the 2nd level.
Concession Stands and Restrooms
Home side - 2 concessions stands / multiple staff and 4 single restroom
     facilities are located under the stadium seating and together are
     approximately 6,800 square feet.
Visitor side - 1 concession stand  / 3 gang and 3 single restroom
     facilities are located under stadium seating and together are
      approximately 4,500 square feet.
Men's and women's restroom facilities are located at each concession stand.
Entry Gates
Eight ticket windows located on the west side of the Stadium.
Two entry gates on west side of stadium,  one for home  and one for visitor.
Separate entry gate for home/visiting teams and visiting uniformed sports organizations.
No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Stadium.
Parking
The stadium has about 1,500 parking spaces with additional parking spaces available at the high school which is adjacent to the stadium.
Each School will be given 15 parking passes per game.

Rental Fee
The rental fee is $2,000.00 plus 15% of the gross gate with the total not to exceed $5,000.
 
Parking Charge
There will be a $3.00/vehicle parking charge retained by BISD.
 
Trophy
A team trophy is provided to the winner of all Playoff games.
 
BISD Provides
Security, ticket personnel, gate keepers, clock operators, PA announcer, stadium
   manager, field preparations, cleanup, maintenance crew, and lights.
Tickets for sale at the gate.
Dressing rooms for each team - ice and soft drinks provided for each team.
Pay all game expenses and provide a final gate sales report within ten working days
   following the event.
Competing School Provides
Secure all game officials.
Provide BISD Athletic Office with a copy of pre-game tickets sold and a ticket report.
Provide BISD Athletic Office with a copy of all passes to be honored and number of complimentary passes.
Sign and return the Stadium Use Contract.
Schools must provide a roster by Monday prior to game day - fax to the Athletic Office at (817) 447-5723.

STADIUM REGULATIONS

Dressing Rooms
Dressing rooms will be opened 2.0 hours prior to game time.
Ticket Gates
Ticket gates will be opened 1.5 hours prior to game time.
There are no in and out privileges.
(Be mindful of weather forecasts, etc. and bring all necessary items with you upon entry - you will not be allowed to go out to retrieve items such as jackets, umbrellas, blankets, etc.)
 Reentry requires purchase of a new ticket.
Pressbox
Pressbox will open 1.5 hours prior to game time.
Admittance to pressbox is by PASS ONLY.  All passes are acquired from (Phil Anderson) in advance.
Radio/Press must call in advance to have passes waiting at the will call ticket window.
 
Playing Fields
Use of tobacco, sunflower seeds and gum prohibited.
Absolutely no glass bottles, cans or food allowed on the field.
All equipment such as training table, fans, and heaters must have a protective base. Make arrangements with the stadium manager.
No live mascots are allowed.
No cannons allowed.
Band props must not mark or scar the field - such as chairs, ladders, etc.
Only personnel with sideline passes can be on the field.  Spectators are not allowed on the field before or after the games.
Stadium Bleachers
Absolutely no climbing over the rails from the bleachers to the field.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO CROSSOVER by spectators from home side to the visitor side of the stadium or vice versa.
Fieldhouse
This area is for team personnel and referees only - all team personnel must have passes.
