I enlisted in the
Navy as an avionics technician right after graduation from
1988
until 1994 and was stationed in San Diego, CA.
Then I
attended Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK from
1994-1996.
Got frustrated with that and re-enlisted in the
Navy from 1996 to 1998 and
was stationed in San Diego again.
Now I currently live in Providence, Rhode Island with
my wife
Rosanna and my 2 sons, Roman and Lucas. I have been working in
the
defense contracting business for the last 4 years. I Have
not heard from anyone
regarding reunions so hopefully this
will get me back in the loop. Thanks. |

How time flies. It just seems like yesterday
we were terrorizing the halls of Burly High.
I currently live in Portland Oregon with my wife of 10 years Eva, our 6
year old daughter Haven and one on the way. Oregon is a truly beautiful
place to live. If you've never been here I encourage you to visit. We
are about an hour from the beach and some of the best snow skiing in the
country. We spent a little time in Washington D.C but nothing compares
to the beauty of the Northwest. After graduating from North Texas with
a BS in Psychology I completed my Master's at The University of Mary
Hardin-Baylor. I'm currently the Director of Mutual Fund Sales for an
institutional money manager here in Portland. I get to travel the
country doing something I really enjoy with a group of people I really
enjoy working with so life is very good right now. I hope to continue
in the investment field and hopefully have more opportunities to write
and lecture about my industry and the world around us. There is so much
to be passionate about in this country I find there are limitless
opportunities, organizations and great people to be involved
with. Hopefully you do too. Would love to hear
from anyone. It gets lonely out here in the West. |

I've been married since 1989 to my high school sweetheart Don Kelly
Moore who attended Mansfield H.S . We have an amazing daughter Shelby
(born 1991) who also attends BISD.
We never moved out of Burleson, I wanted Shelby to attend the schools
here because my experience was wonderful. I work for Thomas Conveyor
Company here in Burleson as an accountant. My husband also works in
Burleson at FMC. We are active members of
The Church At Burleson, where Kelly and I both service in the teen
ministry M.A.D.D.
Shelby serves in the kid's ministry "The Zone". I've met so many
teens of some of the people I went to school with. It's awesome, I see
those I went to school with in their children!
I'd love to hear from you guys, I've not made it to a reunion yet
because I never know
when they are. But I would like to catch up with you all, so drop me an
email sometime!

and work by Alliance Airport. My two children, Jeane (’88), and Collin
(’93) still live in Burleson, and Jeane just had a baby boy on May 11
named Landon Michael…yes, I am a grandmother (although I’m coming up
with something else to go by!). He is such an angel!

I am currently living in Bedford, between jobs (this was posted on
4/24/06), and finally living life as it was meant to be lived. At least,
for the first time since 1989. So I guess that means I only have two

Within
a month of graduation I joined the Army and was off to Europe. I was
stationed in Germany for three years (near Frankfurt and before the wall
came down). In 1991, I deployed with my unit to Iraq for the war. I
stayed in the Army for a total of five years; going to Fort Polk, LA for
a year and half. I started college in 1993 got a degree in Biology, my
favorite subject. I actually had a college class with Mrs. Norton (my
biology teacher at BHS). I lolly-gagged around out of college for about
a year, until I reached were I am now. I've been working for the
Government for 6 years now, with OSHA (Occupational Health and Safety
Administration). I live in Corpus Christi and I don't have any children,
except for the dog. I still visit Burleson to see my parents a few times
a year; wow, how our little town has grown!

Rice alum, Peter Young of New Orleans, LA. After a couple of years in

2006, we moved to our current home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We

After I finally managed to graduate from North Texas in 1996 with a
degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Studies, I settled in
Austin, TX with my new wife, Jenna. She is an Elementary School
Principal and I have been a stay-at-home-dad for 5 years. We have
one son, Jesse and one daughter, Olivia. The are only two years
apart in age so they keep me plenty busy. |
